For this thirty-sixth episode, we are delighted to welcome the Canadian artist Orca Silent, who draws his inspiration from nature itself. He has released albums on leading labels such as Oslated, Secuencias Temporales and KVLTÖ, to name but a few, records excellent mixes for prestigious channels and frequently collaborates with other cutting-edge artists such as Saša Delimar....

‘Seasons Reborn’, his latest release, unambiguously captures the essence of this reflection on the contemporary world: summery, even stifling; at times windy and desert-like; dreamlike yet occasionally unsettling; it retains a
peaceful yet fiercely critical tone. The mood, however, remains dreamy and consistently offers an optimistic vision of the landscape’s future capacity to rebuild itself.

The artist thus offers us a unique and original vision, whose instantly recognisable sonic signature is a true haven of happiness at the heart of this record-breaking summer. Thus, oceanic soundscapes blend effortlessly with vast expanses of white sand in the form of delightful minimalist bleeps, whilst in the distance, rhythms with an unmistakable groove resonate with the echoes of the cliffs, hinting at the possibility of a secret party in an idyllic cove.
